High-altitude beach volleyball training

Here in Kühtai, ideal training conditions have also been created for beach volleyball players. In addition to the positive effects on the body, such as improved oxygen transportation capacity after the high-altitude training due to the increase in haemoglobin concentration, the training centre in Kühtai also offers a breathtaking mountain backdrop for your training.

Beach volleyball court facilities

The beach volleyball facilities comprise two parallel court areas measuring 24 x 14 metres each. The courts meet with international competition standards as set down by the Beach Volleyball Federation. The training area covers a total of approx. 680 square metres. The actual playing area of each court is 16 x 8 metres in keeping with regulations. The court surfaces are composed of quality-approved, dried quartz sand. The high quality of the courts allows for a fast game and optimum preparation for competitions.
